Returns and Exchanges
Due to the customized nature of our art pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless one of the following conditions is met:
- If we are unable to deliver the item(s) to you
- If you receive the wrong item(s)
- If you receive a damaged item(s)
If any of the above conditions apply, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. In your message, include a photograph of the wrong or damaged item(s) to help us assess the situation. We will review your case and provide further instructions.
If we determine that a return or exchange is necessary, we will send you an agreement email. Please ship the item(s) back to us within 14 days of receiving the agreement email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that the item(s) reach us safely.
Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure that they are in their original condition. If everything checks out, we will process the refund or exchange accordingly.
Please note that any shipping costs incurred for returns or exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return or exchange is due to our error.
